The Original World Famous Brady Ranch
Our ranch is a privately owned, family operated 2,000 acre ranch located on the northeast side of Lake Okeechobee, near Indiantown, Florida. On it roams one of the largest herds of Axis deer in North America - somewhere between five to eight hundred head.
In 1976 Frank Brady, Sr., sampled what he called "the best tasting deer meat God out on the face of the earth". He then purchased eighty head of Axis deer and placed them on the ranch for his own pleasure. Years passed and Mr. Brady decided to purchase other exotic species to add to his prolific herd of Axis deer.
In 1992, the ranch opened its gates to trophy hunters around the world. Our ranch is one of Florida's best-kept secrets. It is truly a hunter's paradise with its abundance and variety of game. On any given day, one can expect to see hundreds, of Axis deer, not to mention an unbelievable selection of other exotic species. Whether you like to hunt trophies, meat or both, hunters are guaranteed an exciting and rewarding hunt.
TO EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON
and a time to every purpose under the heaven....
a time to be born & a time to die;
a time to plant
and a time to pluck that which is planted.
